He was born January 31, 1966 to the late Raymond D. Hunter and Thomasina Strong. Raymond always had a love for others in his heart. His family and friends considered him kind, loving, and supporting. He is survived by his sisters Casandra Hunter, Jayai Roberts, and Sophia Powell. He was the nephew of William Strong of Hazelwood, Bernadette Tate, and Nannie Strong.
