Patricia Hagan Murray

Please keep the family and friends of Patricia Hagan Murray in your thoughts and prayers. Patricia was formerly of Hazelwood and entered into rest November 14, 2022. She was the loving daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth (Sullivan) Hagan; She is survived by Bernard her devoted husband of 55 years; Three children: Brian and (Denise) Murray, Erin (Matt) Berardi, and Colleen (Rob) Kartychak. She was a devoted and fun- loving grandmother to Dena (Patrick) Finnegan, Alicia (Regis) Visconti, Aislinn (Gene) Marnell, Stephanie Murray, Bree Murray, Declan Berardi, Bobby and Patrick Kartychak. She took great joy in her 4 great-grandsons: Vincent and Anthony Marnell and Ryan and Owen Finnegan. Pat is also survived by her brother Jim, (late, Char) Hagan. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother Daniel. She was a special aunt to many nieces and nephews and loved her cousins like siblings. Pat was a proud Mercy nurse and retired from Jefferson Hospital after working to put her 3 kids through college. Pat returned to Pittsburgh from her home in Surfside Beach, SC to undergo cancer treatment at Hillman Cancer Center and passed peacefully at Shadyside Hospital. No services are planned. The family requests that any donations in her memory be made to the Children’s Institute or Hillman Cancer Center.
