He was born August 25,1956 to the late Thome and Mary Alice Gibbs Strong. He is survived by his beloved brothers and sisters: William Henry Spring, Bernadette E. Strong, his twin Credell Strong, Randolph Strong and his wife Deborah, and Mary Strong. He is predeceased by his brothers Melvin, James, Fred, Waymen and his sister Thomasina Powell.
