Please keep the family and friends of Jeffrey A. Kramer in your thoughts and prayers. Jeffrey was 61 years of age, lived in Tarentum, and passed away on August 3, 2024. He was the son of the late William T. Kramer, Sr. and the late Florence P. (Kostick) Kramer. A 1981 graduate of Highlands High School, Jeff obtained his Bachelor’s and Doctorate of pharmacy degrees from Duquesne University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Chi, a professional pharmacy fraternity. Jeff practiced clinical pharmacy and was assistant director of pharmacy at St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City; directed medical education content at Applied Clinical Communications in Parsippany, NJ; Ingenix Clinical Communications in Basking Ridge, NJ; and Health Learning Systems in Wayne NJ; and was night-shift pharmacist at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Jeff was a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and The Brand Institute. Jeff enjoyed alternative music, watching Pittsburgh pro sports teams, reading mysteries, watching thrillers on TV and at the movies, and cooking. Jeff is survived by his sisters Cynthia Kramer, with whom he lived; Marilyn K Pesci (Charles Dizard); and Mary K. “Kitty” Krajci; brother Jack A. Kramer (Linda), and nieces Beth A. Edson (Craig Jones) and Kristen M. Pesci. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his half-brother, William T. Kramer, Jr. Jeff strongly supported The Trevor Project and the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, among others. No calling hours are planned.
