Dauber, Sister Damian
A member of Sisters of St. Francis of the Providence of God for 79 years, died at the Motherhouse at the age of 95 on October 14, 2013. Born December 9, 1917 in DuBois, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She is survived by cousins.
Following 11 years as a teacher, she served 35 years doing catechetical work in parishes in New Jersey and New York. When she returned to the Motherhouse, she served as a seamstress and in the prayer ministry.
Friends will be received at the Sisters of St. Francis of the Providence of God Motherhouse on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 2 PM until 6 PM the time of the wake service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 10:00 AM in the Motherhouse Chapel.
