Beloved husband of the late Regina DiZinno Motta.
Mr. Motta received three Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star while serving in the US Army in WWII. He was very active in Saint Stephen Parish, served as President of the St. Anthony’s Social Club , and enjoyed bowling until the age of 93.
Beloved father Denise Motta and Gary [Maria] Motta.
Loving grandfather of Christian and Katina Motta
He is also survived by Laura Slobodnjak his beloved sister.
Mr. Motta is predeceased by his parents: Rosario and Caroline Motta, three brothers and two sisters: Anthony, Albert, Francis, Mary Balestrieri, and Angeline Sternotti
Friends received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 at the John D. O’Connor and Son Funeral Home, Inc., 5106 Second Avenue, 15207, 412-521-8116 and again Tuesday 10:30 – 11 AM prior to the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stephens Parish at 11 AM.
